All members have full use of group fitness classes held at Health & Fitness World. These include Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step, Body Attack, Body Jam and more!
Classes are a fabulous workout, highly motivating and the instructors are trained in-house so they are of an excellent standard. You don’t even have to book for classes, just arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class starts.Casual visits are welcome.VIEW THE FULL RANGE OF CLASSES
Kids Club is available for children of all ages and there are lots of exciting games and activities for them to do. For their safety, children under 12 are not permitted in the club except in the child care facility during the stipulated hours and under supervision.
The Kids Club staff are always willing to help make your child feel comfortable and will meet you on your first visit so they can get to know you a little and ask you some questions about your child.

Having your own personal trainer helps you maximise your results, makes your workout more time efficient, adds variety, motivation and ensures correct technique. We believe that changing behavior patterns is the main obstacle that people face when trying to improve their health and fitness.
One on one or group personal training will help you break those old habits and create positive new ones. Each ½ hour or 1 hour session with your personal trainer will coach you through goal setting, ongoing weekly actions and accountability.

With two dedicated weight training rooms we offer one large section with over 60 pieces of equipment offering every type of machine you require to give your body the ultimate workout.
Our second weights room offers a quieter circuit style training area, perfect for newer members, ladies, senior groups, and those training with a personal trainer.
We have a huge variety of cardio equipment - Included in our gym are state of the art treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers rowers and steppers. They are all easy to use and will show you how hard you are working, how fast you are going, and how many calories burned.
Cardio will get your heart beating faster, increase your fitness, burn fat, and help you on your way to a healthier you!
All members will have someone assist them and show them everything they need to know when using this equipment.
Looking for a workout that will both shape and tone your body plus give you great cardio benefits, then try out our boxing room.
Equipped with a great range of boxing bags, balls and equipment, you can either do your own thing or join in one of the organised classes we offer free to our members. Go to our group fitness and timetable website sections to see when our boxing classes are run.
As with all our facilities, we will personally show you how to safely and properly use all the equipment, setting up a personalised program that is tailored by our qualified trainers to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
We will then update your program each month to track your progress. In addition, our friendly trainers are there for you to talk to anytime about your routine and the use of the equipment.

Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, functional training involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
